another classical portrait.

i like the outcome of this one, especially since i drew only 2,5 to 3 hours on that. Itīs not to detailed, but thatīs ok, i suppose.

materials i used: pencils and a "mars lumograph" (for the black blacks!)

This is gorgeous. The darks are, somehow, very deep and rich. The contrast is really striking. You got the face down so accurately (even though you don't call this "detailed!"). There is so much sentiment portrayed in it, especially in the eyes. They're just so powerful, and you know there is some thought going on behind them. Great hair, too, with all those lights and darks. Really, this is spectacular.
